CMI is saddened by the passing of Ambassador Corentin Ki Doulaye

CMI is saddened by the passing of Ambassador Corentin Ki Doulaye and we express our deepest of condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

Ambassador Corentin Ki Doulaye’s illustrious diplomatic career was in great service to his country Burkina Faso and to the wider African continent. He was at the forefront of advancing measures for a more comprehensive peace and security architecture to deal with some of the continent’s most pressing challenges.

As a Senior Advisor to the CMI since 2014, Ambassador Ki Doulaye’s wisdom enabled our organization to advance and accompany the peace mediation efforts of the African Union and other Regional Economic Communities.

We are grateful for the opportunity to having worked and learned so much from him. We will miss our dear colleague.
