CMI congratulates Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed Ali for the Nobel Peace Prize

As an institution founded by a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, we commend the Nobel Committee for the decision to award the Ethiopian Prime Minister and express our heartfelt congratulations to PM Abiy Ahmed Ali for this recognition. We hope that this decision will further encourage the Prime Minister and the people of Ethiopia in their bold steps to advance democracy and development in Ethiopia and will inspire continued regional peace efforts in the Horn of Africa.
